Frank is a very sweet boy. He walks well on the leash and does relieve himself. Frank is a little shy with sudden movements if he doesn't see them coming. Very loud noises also intimidate him. He is getting over these quirks he just needs time. Frank listens well and comes when called. Frank will do better living in a calmer environment. He will also do well with another dog.
